Located in Saint-Marcel, in the heart of the Val de Creuse - Val d'Anglin region, Le CLos d'Émilie Les 2 maisons is a collection of 2 Holiday cottages located just a few meters from each other, but each with its own independence in an environment conducive to relaxation and discovery. In the immediate vicinity, Argenton-sur-Creuse, nicknamed the "Venice of Berry", seduces with its riverside houses, picturesque lanes and lively terraces. Nature lovers will love the Hiking trails along the Creuse and the rolling countryside typical of the southern Indre region. The archaeological site of Argentomagus, the picturesque villages of the Anglin valley and walks along the river offer numerous possibilities for cultural and nature excursions. The region is also ideal for Fishing, cycling and gourmet discoveries based around Berrichonne specialities. Quiet location in the heart of the village, less than 5 minutes from the A20 Paris-Toulouse freeway. House 1: Detached Carmen house on one level, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Heating and cooling in summer.
Open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen with sofa bed and connected TV with Netflix access. One bedroom with a 160cm bed and storage space, and a second bedroom with Bunk beds and a single bed, with desk and storage space.

The bathroom has an extra-flat accessible shower, washbasin and toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

House 2: Maison Suzanne
Detached house. First floor: living room with small kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a study. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A sleeping area open onto the first floor with 2 single beds (90x190 cm). Air-conditioned.

Pets allowed.
Private parking under a covered area (gate with digicode). Electric vehicle charging station.
Outside, a private terrace (13.5 m²) for the 1st Holiday cottage and a garden for the 2nd Holiday cottage, two private parking spaces (covered location), a ping-pong table, a dart board and a plancha.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
