Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Saint-Marcel, this recently built house offers a simple, functional setting for discovering the southern Indre region. With its private garden and comfortable interior, it's the ideal place to spend a few days. Just a few minutes away, the historic City of Argenton-sur-Creuse invites you to stroll along the river, visit its picturesque streets or discover the Chemiserie Museum. The nearby Argentomagus archaeological site will delight those with an interest in history. For nature-lovers, the Creuse valley and surrounding trails offer a wealth of green walks. A simple, well-situated base from which to explore the region at your own pace.

Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a study. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A sleeping area open onto the first floor with 2 single beds (90x190 cm). Air-conditioned.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
