In Prissac, in the heart of southern Indre, Le Chatel’ offers a pleasant setting to enjoy a stay surrounded by the Berry countryside, historic sites, and unspoiled nature. From the holiday cottage, you can easily reach the rolling countryside, hiking trails, rivers, and iconic tourist sites of Berry. An ideal spot to recharge in peace, discover the natural treasures of the Indre, and enjoy a stay combining relaxation, rural heritage, and outdoor activities.

A two-story vacation home featuring, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living-dining room, a utility room with a washing machine, a bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a second bedroom features a 140x190 cm bed, a private bathroom, a television, and storage space. The house also features a terrace with garden furniture, a private, unfenced garden, a wood-fired barbecue, and parking for several vehicles.

A shared heated Piscine measuring 8.5x3.5 m (depth 1.5 m) is available from May through the end of September and is secured by an alarm.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linens and towels for the duration of your stay, a final cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable and moderate consumption—if the holiday cottage has electric heating, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess must be paid on-site to the hosts).
