Situated in Bois Mérigny, in the heart of the Val de Creuse - Val d'Anglin tourist area, this Holiday cottage is ideally located for peaceful, nature-loving holidays. The region's unspoilt landscapes, lush green valleys and numerous Hiking trails make it an ideal base for exploring the nearby villages of the Anglin valley, the banks of the Creuse and the many outdoor activities on offer, including Fishing, cycling, canoeing and discovering the region's heritage. The area also boasts a rich rural and architectural heritage typical of the Berry region, making it an ideal base from which to explore the Brenne Regional Nature Park, the natural sites of the Indre and enjoy a rejuvenating holiday combining nature and heritage.

Former character house on two levels, ideal for family or friends. The first floor comprises a large fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living areas, a large living/dining room with wood-burning stove and open fireplace, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a bedroom with direct access to the courtyard. Upstairs, the Holiday cottage offers several sleeping areas with a king-size bed, a 160x200 bed and a family room with single beds including Bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the floor. A gaming room with TV and extra beds is also available. Gas central heating, internet connection, bed linen provided. Umbrella bed available and baby chair to be installed soon. Pets allowed. Private parking on site for several vehicles or camper vans (on request). Rates include: bed linen for the stay, heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the host). A cleaning fee of €80 is available, but bathroom linen is not provided.
