Rosnay is one of the gateways to the Brenne, an emblematic region of Berry nicknamed "the land of a thousand ponds". Here you can enjoy hiking, birdwatching, swimming in a natural environment, or visit the Maison du Parc, just a few minutes away. The Holiday cottage is on a property shared with three other accommodations, making it an ideal place for extended family stays or with friends. The garden and parking area are shared, promoting a convivial spirit while allowing everyone their own space. An ideal base for exploring the natural and cultural riches of southern Indre.

This cosy Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 6 people, in a quiet, natural setting.

Interior:
A fully-equipped separate kitchen: gas hob, microwave, mini-oven, fridge, coffee maker (filter and capsules), kettle, dining table and sorting garbage can.
A living/bedroom area with double bed, sofa bed (clic clac) and TV.
A functional bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer.

Upstairs, a mezzanine with a double bed and two single beds, secured by a Kids barrier.

Rates do not include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
