As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the welcoming entrance, where a few steps lead up to the light-filled main room. Here, you'll discover a spacious living room with a large sofa, where relaxation and entertainment come together harmoniously thanks to the connected TV.

At the far end of this space, an open kitchen with quality equipment and a spacious work surface awaits you to prepare delicious meals. Here you'll find everything you need to cook with ease and conviviality.

Access to the first floor is via a superb staircase, leading to a landing separating the two bedrooms. The first bedroom, named "Verte", has a cozy 140 x 190 cm bed, private shower room and separate toilet. The second bedroom, named "Beige", welcomes you with a spacious 180 x 200 cm bed, en-suite shower room and private toilet.

Outside, an enclosed, private terrace invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air, complete with comfortable garden furniture for convivial moments in the sunshine.

For your peace of mind, access to a public parking lot is available right in front of the accommodation, guaranteeing you convenient, secure parking throughout your stay.

This property offers an all-inclusive price

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

The accommodation does not include a washing machine, but the owner offers access to the laundry just behind the house, free of charge on request during your stay.
