In Berry, in a small village, this house with enclosed courtyard and private walled garden, will enable you to spend a stay in all simplicity between the Creuse Valley and the country of George Sand. Just 10 minutes away are Lac d'Eguzon (beaches, water sports, fishing...) and Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of France's most beautiful villages).

Ground floor: large room serving as kitchen and living room, dining room with pellet stove, shower room with toilet.

1st floor: three bedrooms, each with a double bed, bathroom with toilet.
Outside: enclosed courtyard and private walled garden.


The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, cleaning at the end of your stay (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
