In Berry, in the Creuse and Painters' Valley, near Lac d'Eguzon, Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of France's most beautiful villages) and Argenton-sur-Creuse. A top-notch private terrace overlooking a pond gives you the privilege of a large living room.

Large farmhouse featuring a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining table for 9, connected TV and direct access to the private terrace. On the first floor, a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, en-suite shower room and toilet.

Upstairs is a landing with a games area featuring TV, board games and a library. On this landing is a shower room and wc shared by the 4 upstairs bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm).

Access to the goat farm is available on request from the owners.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
