15 minutes south of Châteauroux, 20 minutes from the House of George Sand and the Creuse Valley, this gîte is in the heart of the countryside and a 2nd category river (300 meters).

House with enclosed garden featuring a slide and swing.

First floor: entrance - dining/living room - fitted kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed with washbasin) - shower room - toilet.

Upstairs (straight staircase with rope handrail): 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 130 cm bed, 1 180 cm bed, baby bed and washbasins) - shower room - toilet - gaming room.

Garage (bike room).
Oil-fired heating (invoiced according to actual consumption - meter on boiler, payable on site) and wood provided for fireplace.
No Wifi.
