Nestled in the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, at the gateway to the Creuse valley and close to Châteauroux, you'll enjoy an unspoilt setting conducive to relaxation and discovery. Between bucolic strolls, wildlife observation and the surrounding heritage, let yourself be seduced by the authenticity of this region of a thousand ponds.

This detached former farmhouse welcomes you to a peaceful setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Nestled in the heart of a vast garden planted with trees and featuring a swing for the Kids, it also offers a lovely shaded terrace under an arbour, perfect for outdoor meals.

On the first floor, a spacious fitted kitchen with a double-sided fireplace insert opens onto the living room, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. A shower room and toilet complete the space.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a 130 cm bed, as well as a mezzanine with a second double bed, ideal for a cosy sleeping area.

For added comfort, the Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption) and a Wood heating stove (€50 per stere). Private parking is available on the property.
