La Rivière

In Berry, near the Loire castles including Valençay, 10 minutes from the Villentrois and Luçay-le-Mâle lakes and 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo, house with enclosed gravelled grounds, part of which is covered, and private access to a pond with no-kill carp fishing. Shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with large terrace) with 2 other gîtes, heated and open from June 1 to September 15, available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.)

At the end of a quiet lane, on the edge of a pond and 30 meters from the river, house with courtyard and enclosed terrace. Access to the pond is private, and you'll be able to enjoy no-kill carp fishing.

First floor: kitchen, living/dining room with wood-burning stove, bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm), wc, bathroom and laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).

Second floor: bedroom with 2-person bed (140 x 190 cm), bathroom with toilet, living room with alcove sleeping area (2-person bed 140 x 190 cm and crib), balcony.

Sheets are optional at €12 per bed, bathroom linen at €7 per person and wood at €80 per stere. Electricity consumption is billed according to consumption.
