The living room features a comfortable lounge area with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, perfect for accommodating two extra people. A convivial dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette complete this warm and functional space. From the living area, you have access to a private terrace, furnished with garden furniture and deckchairs, ideal for enjoying fine weather.

The home also features a modern bathroom with a large shower, as well as two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm double bed, providing a cozy space for two. The second bedroom, accessed by two steps, offers two 90 x 190 cm single beds, perfect for Kids or friends.

Shared parking is available with the other accommodation. Although close to the road, it remains sufficiently secluded to guarantee peace and quiet.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
