Welcome to this small detached house nestled in the owners' grounds. As soon as you arrive, you'll appreciate the private, enclosed parking area, guaranteeing peace and quiet and easy access (electric gate).

The entrance opens onto a convivial kitchen, fully equipped to prepare your meals just like at home. This space opens onto a sleeping area (double bed) and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

A sleeping area at the far end of the house features a single bed (90x190 cm) on the first floor and a single bed (90 x 190 cm) on the mezzanine floor, providing a cosy, well-thought-out space for all.

Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, or simply take in the serenity of the surroundings. As for the Kids, they'll have plenty of fun in the specially designed play area.

With its all-inclusive price, this house guarantees you a carefree stay, where all that's left to do is enjoy the calm and gentle pace of life at Le Poinçonnet.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
