La Petite Maison

Independent two-person Bungalow with private terrace and garden. On one level, you enter the living room with a lounge, armchair and sofa, a wood-burning stove and a dining area for 4. The fully-equipped kitchen is a room in its own right with a dining area for 2. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a wardrobe. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a large shower room and separate WC. The Piscine is covered but not heated, size 4X10, and is set away from the houses, surrounded by hedges to guarantee your privacy. Access is via a separate door to which you have your own key. The Piscine is shared with the other two houses in the hamlet, and the indoor Spa can be booked for two-hour sessions. An optional massage menu is also available. Our Petite Maison has a private terrace and its own garden surrounded by hedges, garden furniture and outdoor dining in season, a dedicated parking space for one or two cars. Medium-sized dogs are welcome if they are sociable and clean.

The store, which sells local products, refurbished furniture and other items, is reserved for residents of the hamlet.

It's the ideal starting point for a visit to Beauval Zoo, just 30 minutes away, and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. The Royal City of Loches is 20 minutes away by car, while the Royal Château of Amboise and the Château des Dames of Chenonceau are 40 minutes away. And don't forget the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, 20 minutes away.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, cleaning at the end of your stay (excluding crockery, dustbins and tidying up the house), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts). Wood is provided free of charge in winter.
