This single-storey wooden Holiday cottage welcomes you for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Entrance to the parking lot is shared with the owners, and part of the garden is private.
Living room (kitchen/dining/living room with TV) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with TV - large closet - shower room/wc - extra bed for 2 in living room (sofa bed) and baby bed. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, bicycles, etc.).
Electric heating included in the price.
Enclosed private grounds. Bicycles available, swing, above-ground swimming pool (shared with owners) for summer use, trampoline. Electric vehicle charging station (don't forget your cord).
Optional:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) 35€.

Tout est conforme à mes attentes , maison spacieuse , fonctionnelle au fond du jardin, vous jouirez d' un extérieur donnant sur un grand espace bien entretenu .
Pour vos achats il y a cap sud st Maur situé à 5 kms .
Le propriétaire est très sympa .

Le propriétaire est fort sympathique, la maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée,située au milieu d'un beau et grand jardin . Non loin de Châteauroux où vous pourrez faire vos achats.

Location très propre et il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer une bonne semaine de vacances. Localisation très pratique pour visiter les différents sites à voir dans cette belle région
