La Nobléterie

In the Berry region, close to Château de Valençay, Beauval Zoo, Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne and Châteaux de la Loire, this former farmhouse invites you to enjoy a peaceful vacation in the heart of the Countryside, with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The facilities include a pétanque court, a playground with swing, slide, ninja course, climbing dome, ping-pong table and trampoline (from April 15 to September 30) for Kids, offering fun for all the family.

This house has a private terrace and a large enclosed garden shared with another Holiday cottage that can accommodate 6 people.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (with a free-standing multi-function oven), a lounge and dining area, as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and another with two single beds (90x190), plus a second toilet with washbasin.

The house also offers a private terrace and a large communal area.
Parking is available on the property.
Cleaning service is compulsory for professionals at a cost of €35.

In winter, a shared washing machine is available (for €2/drying cycle) in a room outside the Holiday cottages. Ask the owner for details.
Bicycles are available from April 15 to September 30 and beyond, weather permitting.
The trampoline is available from April 15 to September 30 and longer, weather permitting.
