La Miellerie Côté Jardin

Located in the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne and Berry, the Saint Victor La Grand' Maison estate enjoys an authentic setting overlooking a small river nestled between the châteaux of the Loire and the foothills of the Massif Central. La Miellerie Côté Jardin is one of the estate's gîtes, a Dupleix with large bay windows overlooking the river. This building was a dream to transform and renovate between courtyard and river, ending in a small traditional 16th-century cob house opening onto a terrace overlooking the Anglin. This 6-person gîte has a vast living/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace overlooking the river. Upstairs, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms. Enjoy your own private garden overlooking the river. This is the place to enjoy outdoor meals and barbecues. This house is rented with beds made up and towels and table linen provided for 6 adults.

The shared swimming pool is 50m away and open from 10am to 7pm. Please note that the towels you will find in your accommodation are bath towels and must not be used for swimming. We can lend you pool towels on request. (10€)

The gîte is entirely non-smoking, except of course in the garden and on the terrace.

The gîte is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob and electric fan-assisted oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, TV with DVD player and stereo system.

Gas-fired central heating and a fireplace on the ground floor. Wood on request.

Crockery and cutlery are provided, as are kitchen utensils - pots, pans, baking dishes.

The property's own washing machine is available for €3 per load, €4 for the dryer.

The garden in front of the house overlooking the river is accessible privately and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
