On the first floor, the house comprises a main room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
A large outdoor space shared with the owners. Private parking in front of the house.
Wood heating and wood are included in the price. Cleaning package compulsory for business stays.
Optional:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) 40€.

Famille Calme, fonctionnel, agréable et bien placé
Chouette gite au cœur de la campagne berrichonne, à moins de 20 mn de la réserve zoologique de la Haute-Touche ou des étangs de la Brenne.
La maison est rénovée avec goût, très fonctionnelle, et reste agréablement fraiche pendant les grosses chaleurs estivales si l'on ferme les volets (elle est aussi équipée d'une climatisation, mais nous n'y avons pas eu recours).
Parfait comme camp de base pour visiter le Berry et la Brenne, ou pour les amateurs d'équitation (chouette club à Mazerolles, à moins de 5 mn en voiture). Si non véhiculé ou amateur de vélo, visez un peu plus au sud (Mezieres, Rosnay) pour des parcours plus variés (forets, etangs, campagne).
