Nearby, discover the charming village of Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of France's most beautiful villages), the ruins of the Château de Crozant, and the Éguzon dam. Between relaxation and adventure, it's the perfect place for a stay in the fresh air and in the heart of Berry and Creuse.

This ground-floor house welcomes you to a peaceful, functional setting. The main entrance is on the same level as the garden terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. The enclosed sunken garden offers a safe, pleasant space, perfect for Kids or pets. Private parking is also available on the garden side for your convenience.

Inside, the house features a convivial living room with open-plan kitchen and sitting area. The bedroom is on the first floor, while upstairs there's a cosy sleeping area, which forms the second bedroom, with two double beds to comfortably accommodate the occupants.

The practical basement offers plenty of storage space, especially for your bikes or equipment.

Cats are regularly present in the garden, but do not enter the house.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
