Located in Crozon-sur-Vauvre, this Holiday cottage invites you to discover the authentic charm of the La Châtre en Berry region, on the edge of the Boischaut Sud. Between unspoilt nature and rural heritage, you're just a stone's throw from the Vauvre valley, ideal for relaxing, fishing or walking. Nearby, explore the cultural riches of La Châtre, the hedged farmlands of the Pays de George Sand, or meet local craftsmen and producers. An ideal base from which to explore the Brenne regional nature park and the historic sites of Berry.

On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with lounge, dining area for 8 and wood-burning stove, opening onto a terrace with Countryside views. The kitchen is independent and well-equipped. A bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140x200 cm bed, a shower room with shower and toilet, and a second separate toilet. One bedroom has its own private shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet). The house is semi-detached with the owners' house, occupying another part of the building.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
