La Maison de la Conté

Between Berry and Poitou, in the Parc Naturel de la Brenne and in the center of the village of Lurais, 100 meters from an equipped beach (supervised in summer), a Countryside house close to Angles-sur-l'Anglin (listed as one of France's most beautiful villages), La Roche-Posay (spa), Futuroscope, Le Blanc, the Yzeures'n'Rock Festival, or Lurais itself with its two major events: the Luraistivale in July and the Fête de Barques in August.

Our Maison de la Conté is a Countryside house that was built by an architect on the walls of the old 18th-century house.
In this large two-storey house with large, bright rooms, around 100 m² of living space are at your disposal.

First floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm beds - extra bed for 1 person available on request - 1 bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washbasin.

In the kitchen, located on the first floor, you'll find everything you need: fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, various kitchen utensils, crockery, washing machine, etc., with dining area.
Next door is a large dining/living room (40 m²) with fireplace, TV and access to the terrace.

On the garden side, a vast terrace runs the full width of the house. A stone staircase, just a few steps high, leads to a lawn with flowers. A small path leads into the large garden (garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue). This garden is bordered at the far end by the walls of the magnificent château park a little further down the road.

In winter, the house is heated by oil (invoiced according to consumption).

End-of-stay cleaning and electricity consumption (excluding electric car charging) are included in the price.
