La Lézarderie

In the heart of the Berry region and the Brenne Regional Nature Park, La Lézarderie, an authentic 19th-century farmhouse renovated in an environmentally-friendly manner, welcomes you to a preserved setting with the "Valeurs du Parc" label. Between endless ponds and generous nature, take advantage of the many observatories, nature activities, hiking trails... or simply enjoy the gentle pace of life. Located at the end of a quiet hamlet of five houses, at the start of a footpath, the house is ideally situated close to Rosnay (1.5 km, shops) and the Maison du Parc.

There's always something going on in the Brenne... you can explore it on foot, on horseback or by bike, with family or friends.
In June-July, the Brenne is ideal for birdwatching on the ponds. In August, nature is calmer, and it's time to discover our other treasures. In September-October, it's the bellowing of the stag... and in autumn-winter, flights of cranes and pond fishing.

First floor: fitted kitchen - living room with wood-burning stove (WIFI internet access) opening onto garden - shower room/wc - bathroom - wc - 3 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed, 2 x 80 cm beds and 1 crib) - children's corner (games and books).

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm or 2 beds 80 cm).

Gas and wood central heating, bed and bathroom linen and cleaning included in the price. Maximum of 1 pet per stay.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
