First floor: lovely living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room (fireplace) and direct access to terrace via bay window - wc.

Upstairs: a suite with access via the first staircase (1 bed for 2 people)/ shower room and wc and on the other side of the house another staircase leads to 2 bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people and 2 beds for 1 person) - shower room (Italian shower) / wc.

Low-temperature underfloor electric heating (invoiced according to consumption).
Bed and breakfast on the property.

Optional extras
Double bed linen (in case of change) 10€ each.
Horse boarding (unlimited hay, 2 boxes and meadow nearby), flat rate of €15 per horse per night.

The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish).
