Designed to suit everyone, it can accommodate 2 people on one level. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the pond and surrounding paths, whether you're on a family vacation or enjoying your favorite sporting activity with your horse, thanks to the possibility of reserving a stall on site. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted to tease the carp! It's a complete change of scenery here, but the connection remains optimal: Wifi works perfectly!

Comfortable, well-equipped Holiday cottage, fully renovated in 2021, ideal for horse riders and nature lovers. Set back from the D927 road, this Holiday cottage offers all the comforts of home, with top-of-the-range insulation (thermal, phonic, acoustic). On the first floor, you'll find a spacious L-shaped living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, as well as a bedroom with 160 cm bed and private bathroom. A separate toilet with washbasin completes the space. Upstairs, two attic bedrooms feature 4 x 90 cm beds (convertible into 2 x 180 cm beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, enjoy two enclosed gardens (front and back), perfect for your pets (leashed in common areas), and private parking. Bed linen, towels and household linen are included, and beds are made on arrival (to be unmade on departure for sanitary reasons). End-of-stay cleaning is available for €70. For horse-riding enthusiasts, the Holiday cottage offers the possibility of renting 3 paddocks with automatic watering and/or 3 boxes (4x3 m), with direct access to walking and Hiking trails. There's also a 50x85 m riding arena, an 18 m round pen and a grass track around the property.

As the commune does not collect GLASS, you are invited to dispose of it yourself.

You are not allowed to recharge your vehicle or professional tools.

Electric radiators: automatically set to 19°C (6h-9h, 12h-14h, 18h-23h), 18°C the rest of the time.
Setting cannot be changed to avoid frequent abuse.

Central pellet stove: automatic 24/24, maintained at 20°C (+/-1°C), with free tank refill on arrival. At the end of your stay, depending on your consumption and the weather, you'll return the tank full (wood pellets can be bought in any supermarket or Bricomarché for around €5 per 15kg bag). For settings above 20* , please ask me. It's forbidden to "tinker" with the settings, otherwise the plumbing company will charge €150 for a new adjustment...
