La Grange

La Grange is a detached house with a view of the countryside and a private roof-top Spa for 8 people, classified as a 5-star furnished holiday home. The swimming pool is covered but not heated, size 4X10, and is set away from the houses, surrounded by hedges to guarantee your privacy. Access is via a separate door to which you have the key. The Piscine is shared with the other two houses in the hamlet, each a two-person house. You'll be welcomed in the 80 m2 living room with a dining area that can accommodate up to 16 people. The billiard table, lounge and connected TV, sofa and armchairs guarantee comfort and relaxation. A reading area and board games are set up under the grand staircase that takes you smoothly upstairs. A small bar with beer pump completes the equipment. The kitchen is separate and perfectly equipped for cooking and entertaining. Toilet with washbasin on the first floor. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, each with 1 x 180x200cm bed that can be converted into a single 90 x 200cm bed, a shower room and toilet in each room. Toilets are separate from the bathrooms in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Beds are made on arrival, and towels and bathrobes are provided. Two fully-equipped outdoor terraces, one of which is always in the shade, with furniture for eating and relaxing, and a barbecue in season. Bikes are loaned free of charge, and itineraries are signposted.

The private pond is a 10-minute walk away, offering no-kill fishing and a Cabin with table soccer and darts. You can also take a punt in a rowing boat. Walking and cycling trails can be accessed directly from the house, and the itineraries are referenced. The ideal starting point for discovering the Beauval Zoo 30 minutes away, the Royal City of Loches 20 minutes away, the Royal Château of Amboise or the Château des Dames in Chenonceau 40 minutes away, not forgetting the Brenne Regional Nature Park 20 minutes away, the Futuroscope 40 minutes away or the Château de Valençay 40 minutes away. Less than 30 minutes away by car: Montrésor, Montpoupon, Bridoré, Azay le Ferron, and within an hour, you can visit Blois, Chambord, Azay le Rideau, Villandry and Cheverny for the most famous.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
