La Gare

In the heart of the Boischaut Sud region of Berry, stay in an authentic XIXᵉ century railway station rehabilitated as a Holiday cottage for 13 people. This atypical place has preserved the elegance and markers of its railway past, while offering contemporary facilities for your comfort. An above-ground swimming pool (5.50 m x 3.50 m, depth 1.40 m), accessible from June to September, is at your disposal.

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with pellet stove,
- 15 m² living room - TV equipment,
- 14 m² fully-equipped kitchen,
- separate WC,
- direct access to terrace and garden,
- 2-person bedroom (180 cm bed or 2 single beds) to PMR standards, with private bathroom.

First floor:
- 2 bedrooms of 22 m² each for 2 people (160 cm bed - possibility of adding a baby bed) with private bathroom and toilet facilities,
- 1 family room (24 m²) for up to 7 people - TV and DVD player, Kids' games,
- 1 shower room with WC, adjoining the family room, which can also be private.

Outside area
- terrace overlooking the quay (disused railway line) with views of the bocage ("bouchures berrichonnes")
- 500 m2 enclosed garden with Kids' play area, enclosed and secure bathing area, trampoline, and 500 m² unenclosed garden with soccer goals and basketball hoop, ping-pong table...

All-inclusive rate (end-of-stay cleaning, heat pump heating, household linen, towels and made-up beds).
Parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Pets allowed at €5 per stay and per animal.
