La Garçonnière

Located in Cluis, in the heart of the La Châtre en Berry region, this Holiday cottage is an ideal base for discovering southern Indre and the authenticity of the Berry region, where you can explore the rolling countryside, enjoy local farmers' markets and follow in the footsteps of George Sand around La Châtre and the Nohant estate. Nature lovers can also take advantage of the many hiking trails and outdoor activities available nearby. With its heritage, picturesque villages and gentle way of life, this holiday invites you to relax and discover an authentic Berry.

A detached house on two levels, featuring on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a wood-pellet stove, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, the bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, along with a TV area and direct access to the patio. A separate living room completes the upper level, furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair, and a TV.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private, enclosed garden and a covered terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers.

Parking is available in the public parking lot located 80 meters from the property.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
