This old Berrichonne house dating from 1864, entirely renovated by us, is the ideal place to spend a convivial moment with friends or family in an authentic, peaceful setting in our Countryside...

In the heart of the Vallée Noire, so dear to George Sand, you'll have a great time between visits to our heritage sites:
frescoes at Vic, George Sand's house and the Sainte-Anne chapel, the Angibault mill, the Sarzay castle, the Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre basilica, the Argenton-sur-Creuse archaeological site, the City of La Châtre, as well as local festivals and exhibitions not to be missed all year round!

In our 11-person accommodation, you'll find:
First floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): lovely living room( 41m² with exposed beams and stonework and original bread oven), fitted kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, shower room (Italian shower)/wc and laundry room.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 with 1 double bed, shower room and separate toilet.
No more heat worries upstairs!
You'll find air-conditioning on the upstairs landing, reversible air-conditioning.
