It comprises a kitchen opening onto the dining room, a living room with dining area, equipped with a single bed and a sofa bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. Shower room and WC are separate.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private enclosed garden, located directly opposite the Holiday cottage, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Garage available.

La maison avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Elle est simple mais très fonctionnelle. Les lits étaient très confortables et propres. À deux occasions, il n’y avait pas assez d’eau chaude pour trois douches consécutives, mais cela n’a pas été un gros problème. L’endroit est calme et agréable, tout en étant situé à moins de 10 minutes en voiture d’un supermarché. Ce n’est pas un logement luxueux, mais il est traditionnel, pratique, très propre et situé dans un cadre charmant.

RB Très bon gîte dans la "France profonde"
Gîte sobre et efficace dans le sud du département de l'Indre. Les équipements sont assez complets, les espaces bien aménagés, fonctionnels, le jardin sans doute très agréable à la belle saison, la situation propice à de jolies découvertes (La Châtre, Nohant-Vic, Crozant, Lac d'Eguzon, Châteauroux...) ainsi qu'à de sympathiques marches en pleine campagne.

Licorne g🦄 Par rapport à nos attentes nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour
Si on cherche la tranquillité on est au bon endroit
Le couchage qui se trouve dans la chambre est de bonne qualité
La maison est très bien au niveau espace et est fonctionnelle
Rapport qualité prix est attractif
On pourrait le conseiller à d'autres personnes qui souhaiteraient les mêmes critères.
