Outside: a garden with garden furniture for relaxing, a laundry room shared with the owners, a 50-hectare estate with meadows, woods and a pond.
Possibility of parking a vehicle in a barn on request from the owners.
Wood-fired central heating and wood for the fireplace provided.

ErlindH Superbe séjour dans un gîte d’exception
Un gîte très spacieux, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, très confortable et d’une grande propreté. Entouré de champs et de bois nous avons apprécié le grand calme et les parfums de la campagne. De nombreux endroits à visiter se trouvent à une demi-heure de voiture du gîte. Hôtes très accueillants.

Anne Ein mit sehr großem Aufwand und ausgezeichnetem Geschmack renoviert und umfassend ausgestattetes Haus.
Bauernhaus (ehemals Haupthaus und Pferdestall) in sehr ländlicher Lage, aber mit allen erforderlichen Geschäften in Ecueillé (Intermarché mit Tankstelle, Boulangerie). Ein Auto ist unerlässlich. Kostenloser Badesee mit Sandstrand in St. Genou. Mehrere Schlösser und Herrensitze in 30 Autominuten erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind wie folgt aufgeteilt: im Erdgeschoss ein über das Doppelzimmer erreichbares Bad, im ersten Stock ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten (Durchgangszimmer, aber zum weiteren Zimmer hin abschließbar) sowie ein weiteres, sehr großes Doppelzimmer mit Sitzecke und separatem Zugang vom Garten aus. Wegen der dicken Wände heizt sich das Haus im Sommer nicht so schnell auf. Die schön restaurierte Holzkonstruktionen in Dachstuhl und Decke liegen frei.
Die Küche ist professionell ausgestattet (Fünfflammen-Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank und sehr umfangreiches neues Porzellan, Gläser, Kochgeschirr und Besteck)..
Neben dem ausladenden Wohnzimmer besteht hinter dem Haus eine Sitzgelegenheit in Richtung Sonnenuntergang und herrlichem Sternenhimmel.
Auf dem Grundstück liegt ein kleiner Weiher mit Bank in Blickrichtung Haus.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein idealer Ort um mit mehreren Freunden oder der ganzen Familie zu entspannen oder auch um die südlichen, noch nicht so vom Tourismus überlaufenen, Teile der Loire-Region kennenzulernen.
