This air-conditioned gîte, located in the heart of the Indre region of Berry, adjoins another apartment in the same building. A soundproof sliding door separates the two, allowing them to be rented together to accommodate up to 14 people. You'll enjoy a garden planted with trees, a 400 m² courtyard and a private terrace equipped with a pergola and a plancha. Ideal for discovering the Brenne nature park, Beauval zoo, Haute-Touche and the wolves of Chabrières, this gîte also offers easy access to the cultural riches of Berry: châteaux, George Sand's house, Bertrand museum, etc. Just 20 minutes from Châteauroux, you'll find plenty to do in town: visit the Musée Bertrand, relax in the Parc Balsan or simply stroll through the town center. The Châteaux de la Loire and Futuroscope are also nearby.

Dating from the 1880s, this gîte has been renovated to retain its original character and offer all modern comforts.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
