One-meter-thick stone walls ensure cool room temperatures in the hot summer, and the wood-burning stove (wheelbarrow of wood: €10) with electric underfloor heating creates a cosy atmosphere in winter.

It is calculated at 80 kwt of electricity per 24 hours and is included in the daily charges. Summer rentals are calculated at a usage of 12 kwt of eclectic per 24 hours. Usage above this will be charged at the current rate charged to the owner. A meter reading is taken on the day of your arrival, and again in the morning after your departure. 20. The property is on the main drainage however. We ask that you do not flush sanitary towels, tampax, tampons, diapers/baby wipes or large bundles of toilet paper down the toilet. In addition, the French drainage system cannot handle British toilet paper, so only paper purchased in France can be used.
