City house located in the heart of La Châtre, spread over three levels and offering a functional organization with several distinct living areas. The first floor opens onto an entrance hall serving the living rooms. Here you'll find a cosy living room with sofas and TV, and a separate dining room with storage space. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen also features a dining area. A separate toilet completes this level. The 1st floor has two bedrooms: One with two 90 cm single beds One with a 160 cm bed A bathroom with toilet is also available on this level. Practical equipment is available in the circulation areas (ironing set, clotheshorse, extra bed). 2nd floor: The top level features a vast secondary living room, ideal for relaxing moments, with sofas, armchairs and television. An additional sleeping area with a 90 cm single bed is also available. The Holiday cottage has a wifi connection, a number of relaxation areas and equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
