Holiday cottage in a renovated farmhouse with parking and large shared plot with another holiday cottage and private terrace.

First floor: 1st living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV area.

2nd large living room (40 m²) with dining room and sitting room in front of the fireplace - bedroom for 3 (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with shower room / wc (Italian shower - formerly approved for people with reduced mobility) - separate wc - laundry room.

Upstairs, 5 bedrooms each with private shower room and toilet: one bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm), one bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed.

Electric heating and wood heating included in the price.

Closed storage area for bikes or motorcycles.
