Our accommodation will seduce you with its location in the middle of the countryside. 10 minutes from La Châtre and 5 minutes from Neuvy St Sépulcre. Spacious and comfortable, rated 4 stars for a short or long stay. For your relaxation, a swimming pool open from April to October (heated according to the weather) 6.40m/4 m. Also a 5-person spa accessible all year round and reserved for adults. This relaxation area is shared with the other accommodation.

Gîte mitoyen fleuri, with the label tourisme et handicap (visual, mental and auditory). Our accommodation can also accommodate people with motor disabilities, see photos.

First floor: living room / dining room / kitchen - Chambre Capucine 160 cm bed - separate raised toilet with bar - shower room (Italian shower). with bars and folding seat.

1st floor: Chambre suite familiale with 1 double bed and 1 single bed - Chambre Piment with 2 single beds ( 140 ) - separate wc - shower room (walk-in shower) - lounge area.

2nd floor: mezzanine with 1 double bed (140), 1 single bed and fitness area.

Heating by heat pump (included in the price) and wood-burning stove (free wood).
Unenclosed private garden and terraces (garden furniture, games).

Bicycles available.
Outdoor games: pétanque court, ping-pong table, sandpit.

The swimming pool is open until October 15 or later.

We provide household products if needed during your stay: bleach, floor cleaner, bathroom cleaner.
We do not supply washing powder for the washing machine, nor fabric softener.
We will ask you to carry out some of the tasks listed in the gite before you leave, as we manage the housework.
We accept pets, so please leave the premises clean.
