Gîte du Héron

On an organic cattle farm in the Berry region, in the middle of the woods and at the end of a path, you'll discover the Ferme de la Borderie, where everything is in place for a moment of relaxation in the heart of nature. A visit to the farm is possible only with the agreement of the owners and accompanied by at least one of them. Located in the south-east of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, Ferme de la Borderie is ideally situated just 20 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse (La Venise verte du Berry), close to the Creuse Valley and the Voie verte. Let yourself be seduced by the authenticity of a stay as close to nature as possible, and discover the pleasures of life on a farm with all the comforts of home. An ideal retreat for reconnecting with the essentials and enjoying unforgettable family moments.

On the first floor, a living room with a glazed wood-burning stove, a dining area and kitchen. At the entrance, a space designed to welcome our four-legged friends, a shower room / wc (Italian shower, washing machine and towel dryer), a bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm bed (or two 90 x 190 cm beds that join to form a 2-person bed). Internet access / Fiber.

Upstairs, a landing with a convertible sofa (extra bed, TV, games and library). A bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a shower column and towel dryer, a bedroom with a 180 x 200cm king-size bed (or two 90 x 200cm beds that combine to form a 2-person bed) and two 80 x 190cm beds.

Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, a trampoline and a ping-pong table. On the farm, a pond for wildlife observation, a lake and nature as far as the eye can see.

The outside garden of the Holiday cottage is enclosed.

BABY KIT: free option to be indicated when booking: TRIPP/TRAPP chair, Umbrella bed with thick mattress, sheets and sleeping bag, mini-bath, small cutlery set + plate. Safety gates at top of stairs. Mamas&Papas stroller... (toys on request).

Garbage cans to be deposited in the containers after leaving the DRUIDETS farmhouse (key to sorting bins on keychain).

Sorted empty bottles can be dropped off at the village bottle-breaker (4 km away) on the small road towards Rivarennes, on the right as you leave the village.
