With its 3 spacious bedrooms, cosy living room and convivial kitchen, this cocoon promises moments of relaxation and sharing after a day of discovery. Take advantage of the private garden, a haven of peace where you can enjoy meals al fresco or simply savor the moment, lulled by birdsong. Ideally located in the heart of the village, you can stroll through the charming alleyways or head off on an adventure to some of the world's most famous sites: the Château de Valençay, former home of the Prince of Talleyrand, or the famous Zooparc de Beauval, ranked among the world's most beautiful zoos. On the second floor, a landing with a Sofa bed clic clac offering extra bedding (on request 140x190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Outside, a terrace and private garden.

Optional bed linen at 10€ / bed, towels at 5€ / person for the stay and end-of-stay cleaning at 50€.

The price includes: heating and electricity, with reasonable consumption - if the Holiday cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
