In Berry, ideally situated on the Ocean-Switzerland and St Jacques de Compostelle routes, at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Nature Park, in the triangle of Argenton-sur-Creuse, Châteauroux and La Châtre. Close to the Creuse valley, Lac d'Eguzon and George Sand country, this charming Berrichonne house has been fully restored around a large enclosed garden, in a hamlet where the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside will ensure you a pleasant stay.

First floor: entrance with built-in cupboards and washing machine, fitted kitchen, large living room (sofa bed), fireplace and separate toilet.

1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 90cm beds that can be brought together to make a 2-person bed), 1 bedroom (1 90cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 90cm bed + 1 baby bed with bars), bathroom and separate toilet.

Parking on the property and 500 m² enclosed private garden.

Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption).
