There are many things to discover nearby: Hiking trails in the Fouzon valley, typical Berry villages, or the majestic Valençay castle with its gardens and labyrinth. For an unforgettable outing, the famous Zoo Parc de Beauval, ranked among the most beautiful in the world, is just a 25-minute drive away. Enough to delight young and old alike during your stay. Less than an hour away, the famous Châteaux of Chambord, Chenonceaux, Blois, Loches...will plunge you into the history of the kings of France. Between nature and heritage, at the crossroads of 3 regions (Berry, Sologne, Touraine), Val Fouzon is a great place to recharge your batteries and discover the region and its gastronomy (wine, cheese...).

Detached house located on the owners' land, with a shared parking entrance, but independent access.
Entrance to the house is via the large, bright and welcoming living room, featuring a sitting area with TV and a fully-equipped kitchen area.
Two bedrooms: a spacious one with a 140x190 cm bed and en-suite shower room
(with WC), and a second, smaller bedroom with a Bed 90x190 cm and its own WC.
A laundry area with washing machine-dryer completes the house's facilities.
Mosquito screens on all windows (including the front door) let you enjoy the warmth of the sun or the cool of the night, without being bothered by insects.
Outside, a covered terrace accessible from the living room lets you make the most of fine weather. A private 250 m² plot is reserved for you.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
