Gîte de Claise

In Berry, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, close to the Chérine National Reserve, vacation home with private enclosed garden and herbaceous land where the river Claise flows, where you can fish or relax. You can park your car in the shed and store your bikes or other equipment in the locked barn. Plus: 100m away is a wellness institute where you can enjoy treatments, sculpting or use the spa or hammam (not included in the price).

Single-storey accommodation with living/dining room, fitted kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed (passante) and one bedroom with a single bed, shower room, separate toilet.

Outside, a laundry room with washing machine and sink, a courtyard to the front and an enclosed garden to the rear.

Electric heating included in the price. Parking in front of the gîte or under a shed. One pet accepted at a supplement of €5/night/pet.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
