Nestled in the heart of nature, this accommodation enjoys a direct, unobstructed view of the surrounding fields: a veritable tableau vivant that changes with the seasons. From the moment you arrive, let yourself be seduced by the soothing atmosphere, where fresh air and birdsong punctuate your stay. The house combines authenticity and modern comfort: freshly refurbished, it offers light-filled rooms, a soft, meticulous decor and all the equipment you need for a successful stay, whether with family or friends. Just a stone's throw away, the PNR Brenne, nicknamed "the land of a thousand ponds", offers a multitude of activities: hiking, biking, birdwatching, swimming in a natural environment, not to mention discovering the local heritage and gourmet specialties such as the famous Pouligny-Saint-Pierre goat's cheese.

Bathed in natural light, it offers a vast, convivial living space, divided between a charming living/dining room blending modernity and antique furniture, and an open kitchen perfectly equipped for sharing delicious family meals, extended by a functional laundry room.

The sleeping area, carefully separated from the main room to preserve calm and privacy, comprises two bedrooms, each with its own private shower room. The first bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed and en-suite shower room. A separate toilet and a pleasant reading area enhance the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The second bedroom, designed to accommodate young and old alike, features a Bunk beds and a 160x200 cm bed, a large shower room and direct access to the outside.

Outside, you'll enjoy a fenced-in area ideal for Kids, private parking, an 8mx4m in-ground swimming pool (heated), garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing outdoor moments.

All inclusive: utilities, heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are all included for a worry-free stay.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
