Completely renovated accommodation, with a large living room including kitchen and dining area. The living room is also on the first floor, with Internet access and a connected TV. The bathroom with walk-in shower is located near the entrance to the accommodation.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with two air-conditioned sleeping areas. The first with 2 90x200 beds, the second with a 160x200 bed. These two areas are clearly delineated, but still communicate with each other. A separate bedroom with a 160x200 bed is also available upstairs.
The 450 m² garden is reserved for your use, but is on the same plot as the owners' house. The two accessible garden rooms are not shared with guests.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove (wood supplied by the owners free of charge). Farm products available for purchase.
The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish).
Heating is charged extra according to consumption: an energy consumption of 8kWh/day is included (excess is charged €0.40 per additional kWh). The meter reading will be checked together on departure.
Stays are possible all year round, from 2 nights upwards.
During the summer season (July/August): 3 nights minimum. Arrivals and departures preferably on Mondays and Fridays.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

Séjour très agréable chez Jo et An qui sont des hotes serviables et attentionnés et qui produisent et vendent dee très bons légumes et fruits.

Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated by Jo and An, the gite is also spacious, comfortable and very well appointed for all your needs.
Being part of Jo and An's small farm, a stay at the gite brings an authenticity to the very rural way of life of the region - idyllic setting, peaceful and an amazing night sky (weather permitted!). And yet close enough to all amenities and activities!

Gite restauré avec énormément de goût et offrant tout le confort, le calme et l'espace nécessaire ! Les hôtes Jo et An sont d'une incroyable gentillesse: avenants, arrangeants, dévoués ! Nous avons sorti puis rentré les moutons dans la bergerie, nourri les poules avec eux: les enfants étaient aux anges.
