Discover the Charm of a 19th Century Old School in the Heart of the Brenne Nestled in the Brenne Regional Nature Park, this former school converted into a gîte offers a unique escape between nature and comfort. With 4 bedrooms accommodating 2 to 5 people, enjoy a bright and cosy setting for an unforgettable stay. The Brenne, the land of a thousand ponds, where you can observe a host of animal and plant species. Heated swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September). Ideal for families or friends, you'll find everything you need to have a great time!

Take advantage of our vast fenced-in grounds with trees, ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. Relax in the hammocks and enjoy family meals on the shaded terrace.

The large living-dining room is perfect for family get-togethers. A small lounge with a library of board games for all ages is available for your quiet afternoons.

The top floor is dedicated to the youngest guests, with toys and games to stimulate their imagination. An Umbrella bed and high chair are available.

Piscine:
Our private swimming pool, heated from mid-June to mid-September, is equipped with an electric roller shutter to ensure the safety of the little ones. You can relax while they play in peace and quiet.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May onwards, weather permitting. It is unheated and protected under its own dome, so you can take advantage of the fine weather before the season starts.

Nature and leisure :
Located in the Brenne nature park, the house is the ideal starting point for Hiking, Fishing or birdwatching.

Wi-Fi available in all rooms and outside. There's also a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower by the Piscine and laundry facilities.

Rules and practical info:
No smoking inside, no pets.
Excessive noise and parties are not permitted to preserve the peace and quiet.
Table tennis, darts and sun loungers for your relaxation.

Accommodation details :

First floor: living-dining room, kitchen, cosy lounge, WC, laundry room, bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm), shower room.

1st floor: One bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), one bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and 1 single bed, shower room and WC.

2nd floor: Dormitory with 1 double and 1 single bed, tv, table soccer, shower room and WC.

Independent bedroom: Accessible via an outside staircase, with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, shower room and separate WC.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
