A large entrance hall with storage space and a study, a living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, a bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm) with a 19th-century ceiling decorated with gold leaf, a private shower room and a separate toilet.

Outside, a private parking space in front of the apartment in Parc Balsan.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

    Excellent séjour

    Belle location spacieuse en tout inclus (linge de lit, toilette et ménage) avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et de qualité.!
    Il y a des basiques de la cuisine (huile, sel, etc...) ce qui est très pratique pour les oublis.

    Le logement est situé dans le parc de Balsan qui est public, il ne faut donc pas s'inquiéter de voir du monde passer juste devant les grandes baies vitrées. Les promeneurs peuvent être présent assez tôt et pas très discrets dans leurs conversations téléphoniques.

    Très bon accueil fluide et rapide de la part de Mr Balsan que nous remercions chaleureusement.
