Just 10 minutes from Lake d'Éguzon, a veritable haven of leisure with its beaches, water sports and summer atmosphere, you'll also benefit from the proximity of Gargilesse-Dampierre, listed as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, and Argenton-sur-Creuse, a charming town nicknamed the "Venice of Berry". Here, everything invites you to relax and recharge your batteries, but also to take a more energetic approach with walks, swimming or Hiking along the Creuse. The Holiday cottage's plus points: a river 500 m from the property, ideal for fishing or daydreaming by the water, and a play area for Kids with a swing and board games for convivial family evenings.

The convivial living room features a functional kitchen (gas stove: 3 gas burners and 1 electric), a bright dining area and a cosy sitting area with an insert fireplace, perfect for winter evenings. At night, the house has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and a 120 cm bed, the other with a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, ideal for welcoming families or friends. There's a separate shower room and toilet for added comfort. Electric heating is charged according to consumption, while wood for the insert is provided, for cocooning moments around the fire.
