Located in Saint-Genou, this Holiday cottage offers a peaceful stay in the Indre department, close to Buzançais and at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Nature Park, an emblematic territory nicknamed the "land of a thousand ponds". The village is also famous for its ancient abbey, while the surrounding area is an ideal starting point for discovering the Berrichon heritage, with its picturesque villages, local markets and hiking trails. On the border between the Indre valley and the Brenne, you'll find it easy to alternate between outdoor activities, river outings and cultural discoveries, in the heart of the Indre tourist region.

House on several levels, comprising a living room with sofa, TV and direct access to the covered terrace, plus a dining area with integrated kitchen. The Holiday cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a mezzanine on the first floor, a bathroom with WC, and a second shower room with sanitary WC. Outside, there's a covered terrace with garden furniture, a second relaxation area in front of the house, private parking and canoe access. The accommodation is equipped with electric heating, complemented by an ethanol stove, and is also suitable for family stays, with the provision of an Umbrella bed and a baby chair. All-inclusive price.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
