As soon as you enter, the main hallway guides you to the various living areas. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen offers a convivial eating area and direct access to the garden, perfect for al fresco dining. The living room, bathed in natural light, is divided into two areas: a dining area and a relaxation area. The latter is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a large connected TV and a selection of board games for evenings out with family or friends. A toilet is also accessible from the first floor.

Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (140 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), while the third has two single beds (90 x 190 cm), ideal for kids or friends. The bathroom includes a toilet and washing machine, providing all the comforts you need for an extended stay.

Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. A relaxation lounge and two sun loungers are available for you to enjoy on sunny days. The garden can accommodate up to two cars, with additional parking spaces in front of the house and in the garage. The garage is also equipped with a ping-pong table, and 4 bicycles ideal for leisure activities.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
