In the south of Indre in Berry and close to Limousin, at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Nature Park and 10 minutes from Lake d'Eguzon. Close to two of France's most beautiful villages, Gargilesse-Dampierre and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, as well as the green Venice of Berry, Argenton-sur-Creuse. You'll be seduced by this beautiful property comprising a detached house with a large, partially fenced 4,500 m2 garden and secure lake (no fish).

Ground floor: kitchen (former sheepfold) with dining area and wood-burning stove, living room with wood-burning stove (5 steps up), shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed and a water point in one of the rooms.
From the landing, a few steep steps lead up to a large Kids area/gaming room with 4 alcove single beds (80 cm bed). A foosball table is available for family use.

Enjoy a family meal on the private terrace or in the shade of the chestnut tree, with a breathtaking view of the Lake and surrounding Countryside.
There's an observatory in the garden where you can watch the animals in the surrounding pastures, as well as a portico with swings and a slide.
All baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, potty, reducer and Umbrella bed) is also available.
