In Berry, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, close to the Chérine National Reserve, vacation home on a 40-hectare estate. Private garden Features: Fishing on site, No Kill only. Free for small fish, family fishing. For larger fish, carp fishing is available at an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE! This year, we will be emptying the pond opposite the Holiday cottage in order to restore it. The pond will be empty from November 22, 2025 to November 2026. During this period, the vegetation will regain its rights, and it will be nice to discover animals enjoying the place. Don't worry, we have a second pond on the same site, just a few meters from the Holiday cottage, which will enable fishermen to fish, and bird lovers to observe dozens of species.

First floor: Entrance hall, dining room, living room opening onto kitchen, fitted and equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and baby bed, laundry room, wc.
The house is supplied with water by an agricultural borehole, but is not fit for consumption. Mineral water is provided for the stay.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (which can be separated to make 2 single beds), a bedroom with 4 single beds (which can be combined to make 2 double beds), a shower room, a bathroom, wc, landing with an extra bed and a reading/games area.

Outside: front courtyard with parking for several cars, large outdoor area with access to the Domaine's 2 ponds.

Ponds between 1 and 2 meters deep, ideal for Fishing. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
