This gîte is the ideal place for an unforgettable family reunion. Located in the heart of the Loire Valley and close to the Anjou region, it offers easy access to numerous outdoor activities thanks to its proximity to Lac d'Hommes (10 min) and Lac de Rillé (12 min). Explore the region's famous châteaux and vineyards, including the Château de Langeais with its unique drawbridge just 25 minutes away, and the lesser-known but equally remarkable Châteaux de Gizeux and Champchevrier less than 20 minutes away. Inside, modernity and comfort combine to offer you the very best in quality: a fully equipped kitchen, a large modern table for family meals, comfortable bedding and vast outdoor spaces.
All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: a large entrance hall, a 65m² living room-kitchen (2 party pancake makers), a corridor leading to 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 160x200cm) and 2 shower rooms, one with WC, a separate WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (i.e. 4 beds): lower bed 140x190cm, upper bed 90x190cm, shower room, separate toilet.
Outside: front garden furniture, rear garden of 1200m² with table and chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, trampoline, ping-pong table, 7 bicycles. Non-smoking accommodation, WIFI.
Pets allowed on request. All-inclusive package includes rental of cottage, sheets, towels, shower gel, shampoo, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. 2 raclette machines in the Holiday cottage.

Randoband Un gîte d'exception
Gite d'exception ! Nous avons surtout apprécié en cette semaine de canicule la climatisation efficace dans toutes les pièces.Apprecié aussi son côté spacieux, fort bien équipé.Nous n'avons jamais été hébergé dans un gîte aussi proche de la perfection.Nous aurions juste préféré la présence d'un congélateur.Personne ne peut se montrer déçu d'une telle location.

Un gîte vraiment super: grand, beau et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.
J ai logé ma famille dans ce gîte vraiment bien équipé et fonctionnelle. Les extérieurs sont top.
On y reviendra certainement si on veut faire une réunion de famille.

Marie Super séjour !
Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Villa Flora. Sandra et Jean-Noël sont des propriétaires très accueillants et à l’écoute. Merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée.
La maison est spacieuse, agréable et joliment décorée. Il y a tout le nécessaire en équipements. Les trois salles de bain sont très appréciables quand on est nombreux.
Le jardin est agréable, avec une vue dégagée, une grande table sous la pergola et des transats à disposition.
Petit plus quand il fait chaud : il y a la climatisation !Gîte à recommander !

marion Très beau gite
Très beau gite, avec de grandes surfaces, pièces à vivre comme à l'extérieur. Tout confort. Rien ne manque :une bonne litterie, des jeux à disposition et tout le necessaire de cuisine. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. merci

Bibi Magnifique parenthèse à la campagne
Nous étions plusieurs familles avec enfants et un bébé. Nous avons eu beaucoup de places. C'était très propre. Les enfants ont adoré le grand jardin avec le trampoline et les décorations de Pâques. Ils ont beaucoup aimé les promenades aux alentours de la maison. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons pu rester un petit plus tard que l'heure de départ officielle. Une très belle parenthèse à la campagne!
